你應該知道練習建構完整的架構與精準時間的表達是很好的事情。但你更應該知道所有溝通其實都是建立在瞭解自我與瞭解溝通對象的基礎上，我們應該先做的是深深的瞭解自己的特色與優勢，和瞭解聽眾的喜好與習慣。而也只有這樣的瞭解後，才會有所謂的表達（推銷）策略，也就是如何「讓對方先進入信任與開始聽的狀態」和「引起興趣，帶出下一次的正式介紹機會」，進而讓彼此好好坐下來，好好的瞭解彼此。
